Co-held by Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center, the 21st Annual Hands-on Workshop for the Difficult Airway took place on April 14-15, 2017 in Hangzhou. Presided by Dr. Gang Zheng, Associate Professor and Chief of Head & Neck Anesthesia, MDACC and Dr. Jun Fang, Professor and Chief of Anesthesia Department, ZJCH, this conferences also invited Dr. Chia-Wen Chen from Asia University Hospital, Taiwan, Dr. Joseph Chiang from MDACC, Dr. Taidi Zhong from Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Dr. Neil Bailard from MDACC, Dr. Acsa Zavala from MDACC and Dr. Yan-hong Lian from ZJCH.

Lectures on airway evaluation, ASA difficult airway management, invasive airway creation, etc were presented. While in the latter half day, hands-on training has been set into 4 groups.
